We ship to most of European countries and currently offer following delivery options: Own Shipping and Standard Delivery. Many of answers can be found here under each topic, however, if you need further information please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Below table presents two delivery methods available at our online store with provided estimations regarding delivery times and costs of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination. Product Delivery Information

All our products are shipped with a reputable delivery companies within 15 to 25 working days after full payment is cleared/received. Delivery usually takes around 4 to 6 working days which adds to a total time for delivery.
Our company is not liable for delays caused by the faults of third parties involved in the process of product delivery but we do our best to make sure all products are delivered on time.
By placing an order at Smooth Baths you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Smooth Baths. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

We can issue a VAT invoice (for companies only) or receipt for each order.
Shipping costs depend on the place of residence within European Union.
Shipping costs will be credited and highlighted as a separate item on the invoice.

Customer’s Solution
This is a delivery method fully covered by our customers. We allow some of our customers to decide what delivery companies they want to use to have their goods shipped with. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for collection and from this moment you’re ready to organize your own shipment method.
Package with ordered products will be ready for its journey to your door for the next 10 working days from 7.00 am till 5.00 pm. During these hours your courier can collect package from our manufacturer’s warehouse (East-EU location).

DHL, UPS, EU Couriers
In 99% of cases this is a fully trackable courier service. You will receive up to date tracking information from dispatch to delivery on your order from the shipping company chosen.
A signature is required with this delivery option. If you are not in when the couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card and then take your order back and then attempt to delivery two more times on the following working days.
Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery. Keep an eye on the tracking information as all up to date information will be posted here. Please make sure someone is there to sign for it as this service requires a signature upon delivery.

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make that the address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we (Smooth Baths) will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address given by the buyer.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address (in most of the cases) and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund (standard shipping rates apply).

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.If you refuse a shipment from Smooth Baths, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Smooth Baths. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

All prices listed on our site are in EUR, and charged in EUR. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
